WEIGHT LOSS REQUIRES A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP
Many factors influence weight loss in a positive or negative manner. Exercise and diet are the biggest positive influences for weight loss. The negative influences that contribute to weight gain are anxiety, stress, divorce, illness, family problems, worrying about financial issues and finally lack of sleep. All of the factors that hinder weight loss and cause weight increases do this by causing increases in serum cortisol levels.
The easiest of these to remedy is sleep. Ever since I tried MyPillow I have been getting a full night's sleep, my stiff necks have been eliminated and I wake with more energy.
